Day 1: Working with partners, students used handheld GPS to locate caches across the school's campus. Inside the caches were flags from 14 countries in Asia. Students then used an online flag site to identify each flag in their cache.
Day 2: Each student was assigned to research the geography, people & culture, economy & government, or history of one of the selected countries.
Days 3 & 4: Students were introduced to the concept of a wiki and show how to edit and save to it. They then used their notes to add a paragraph for their research topic to the wiki.
